Packaging and freezing

Products for export to European countries are vacuum-packed fresh or deep-frozen. With an eye to the Asian market, the pieces can also be individually packed by hand.

  Labelling is done in accordance with the legislation in the country of destination. Some products are then frozen for 16 hours at Ð40¡C in an automatic freezing tunnel. The core temperatures at that time is approximately Ð18¡C.
